Fun fact - I have never bought a desktop computer. From a very young age, I have been building and repairing computers, from small micro PC's to Multi-CPU server computers. I typically focus on space efficient showstopper computers for clients nowadays and love building beauty into practicality.
You are only going to get one body, one life - make the most of it. Exercising and the gym are very important to me and I luckily manage to get about 5-10 hours of balanced physical activity of cardio, strength and conditioning in depending on the week.
This leads to a healthier body, better cognition, increased confidence and mental health - all things that are incredibly important in life.
